LumeCart Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product
  • Product materially different from its description
  • Change-of-mind returns (subject to conditions below)

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you no longer want the product, ordered it by mistake, or have changed your preference, you may still be eligible to return it. However, please note:

  • The return shipping/courier charges are the customer's responsibility.
  • You will generally need to arrange and send the product back through a courier service of your choice.
  • LumeCart may arrange a return pickup at its discretion in certain cases, but return pickup is not guaranteed.

Return Condition

To be eligible for a refund, returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In their original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with all applicable accessories

All returned products are inspected by LumeCart before a refund is approved.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Products

If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A video (where applicable)
  • A description of the issue

After verification, LumeCart will provide an appropriate resolution. For verified cases of wrong, damaged, or defective products, you will not normally be required to bear the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can generally be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
