Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframe
After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 4–8 business days across India. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Destination and pin code
- Courier service availability
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Remote or difficult-to-access locations
- Unexpected logistics delays
We are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Where available, tracking information will be shared after your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking may not be available for all shipments.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and locations. COD availability may depend on the delivery location and order eligibility. Not all locations or orders may qualify for COD.
If a COD order is refused or cannot be delivered due to customer-related reasons, the order may be returned to the sender. Repeated refusal of COD orders may affect the customer's ability to place future COD orders.
